reports of a stolen vehicle that was spotted leaving the Camino area. After
leading officers on a pursuit reaching speeds in excess of 100 mph, exited
Highway 50 onto northbound Cambridge Road until he crashed the vehicle into a
ditch at the intersection of Knollwood Drive and Montclair Road, then exited the
car and fled on foot
