Calling all flappers and socialites to spend a beautiful Sunday afternoon on the shore of Lake Tahoe. The 22nd annual Gatsby Tea and Fashion is scheduled from 2 to 4 p.m. Aug. 12 on the lawn at Valhalla Estate. Roaring '20s costumes are encouraged, but not required.
