9th Annual Summer Spectacular Date Set Over 9,000 projected to attend family fun event CAMERON PARK, CA, (February 22, 2008) Get ready for another “spectacular” event. The Cameron Park CSD has confirmed that it will hold the 9th Annual Summer Spectacular on Saturday, June 28, 2008 at Cameron Park Lake in Cameron Park, California. For the past eight years the Cameron Park Community Services District has provided the “must see” family fireworks event in the Western Sierras. Last year it was estimated that over 9,000 people enjoyed an evening filled with great entertainment, food and a world-class fireworks show at Cameron Park Lake. This year, event organizers are offering companies and vendors an excellent opportunity to promote their business or products. “With over 9,000 people attending, it will be one of El Dorado Counties largest summer events,” said Tammy Mefford, General Manager of the Cameron Park CSD. “If you do business in El Dorado Hills, Cameron Park, Shingle Springs, or Placerville you will not want to miss this opportunity.” A portion of this years $3 gate admission will be donated to the Food Bank of El Dorado County who’s focus is to provide food and assistance to the less fortunate throughout El Dorado County.
