But the health of your brain plays a critical role in almost everything you do: thinking, feeling, working, playing and remembering – even sleeping. The good news is that we now know there’s a lot we can do to help keep our brains healthier as we age. Kathryn Sweeney, RN, BSN, Clinical Resource Nurse Practitioner with the UC Davis Alzheimer’s Disease Center will explain the steps we can take to reduce our risk for Alzheimer’s disease or other dementias.
