The spring issue of The Dispatch, the official newsletter of El Dorado Western Railway Foundation , was sent to the printers earlier this week, said El Dorado County Historical Museum director Mary Cory. The second issue for 2007, which sports a fresh, new banner, will be in the mail by mid-week next week.
