From 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday the Kansas Oil Museum will be hosting the Kafir Corn Festival “Dollar Day.” “This is our third year for the celebration,” said Teresa Bachman, executive director. “The festival is based on old celebrations in the twenties.”
