The El Dorado County Public Health Department’s Preventive Health Care for Adults Program is partnering with the Sacramento Arthritis Foundation to offer a free self-help program for people with arthritis. The program consists of a series of classes conducted once a week over several weeks. The classes will be held on Mondays from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. beginning January 7 at Eskaton Lincoln Manor, located at 6600 Motherlode Drive in Placerville. The program is open to the public. Pre-registration is required.
