The El Dorado Builders' Exchange and El Dorado County Supervisor Norma Santiago invite all interested parties to attend a "Basin Basics for Rebuilding" class Dec. 17.

The two-hour course is open to all homeowners, contractors and members of the public free of charge.

Topics of discussion include El Dorado County and TRPA permitting processes, procedures and updates from officials regarding resources available to those seeking to rebuild their homes after the Angora fire.

The informational course will be held from 10 a.m. to noon at Lake Tahoe Community College's Aspen Room, One College Drive.
