El Dorado County Animal Control will host a community open house and adopt-a-thon on Saturday, May 3 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Animal Control will use the occasion to provide tours of the temporary Placerville shelter and showcase its animals and programs. The shelter is located at 511 Placerville Drive in Placerville next to the Flyer’s gas station. | ||
