The Lake Tahoe Snowmobile Association will conduct its annual Christmas meeting and party at 6 p.m. Dec. 13 at the Zephyr Cove Restaurant. The cost of $10 per person includes a buffet dinner and no-host bar. Donations of toys and canned goods for Angora fire victims will be collected at the party.

The El Dorado County Public Health Department’s Preventive Health Care for Adults Program is partnering with the Sacramento Arthritis Foundation to offer a free self-help program for people with arthritis. The program consists of a series of classes conducted once a week over several weeks. The classes will be held on Mondays from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
