“The Caregiver Advantage” is a series of monthly educational trainings designed to develop practical skills that can be applied to your own personal situation, as a caregiver to loved one or friend over the age of 60 years. Falling can be greatly feared, and lead to great injury, including hospitalization. Yet it can be avoided and the risk minimized with simple techniques and approaches. Ginger McMurchie, of Senior Care Solutions, will be explaining how to prevent falls before they happen and share practical advice to keep you and your loved ones safe, at home and elsewhere.
