Sequoia's General Manager, David Bagley, will give a live cooking demonstration on Fox 40 News tomorrow morning at 8:50am. He will demonstrate his recipe for Steak Diane. Bagley, a trained chef and wine expert, is experienced in broadcast media, having presented numerous food and beverage spots for Sacramento and Bay Area TV, including a cooking series, "Italian Cooking with David Bagley."

Historic Background of El Dorado County

If any of you have an interest in knowing more about the historic background of El Dorado County, there is a short class being presented by Tom Mahach at the Light of the Hills church in Cameron Park from 1:30-3:30 Tuesday. Cost is $5 and open to the public.

Bell Tower Brewfest at Downtown Placerville - Historic Main Street

This popular Placerville event will be hosted again by downtown merchants and will include a street closure for added enjoyment and safety for all patrons. Entertainment will feature several different bands up and down Main Street. If you are interested in sampling over 40 different micro-brews, tickets will need to be purchased for patrons over 21 years of age.
