(South Shore, Lake Tahoe, Calif./Nev.) – The Lake Tahoe Visitors Authority (LTVA) is looking for those individuals with a keen eye for both beauty and brains to judge the Miss Hawaiian Tropic Northern Nevada State Finals on Saturday, June 16 and Sunday, June 17. Two people will be selected. The first runner up will judge the first round on Saturday, and the winner will judge the finals on Sunday.
To be considered as a judge, please in 50 words or less, explain why you would make the perfect Miss Hawaiian Tropic Pageant Judge. Include your name, phone number, address and how long you’ve lived in South Shore Lake Tahoe. Judges must be 21 years of age or older. Email submissions to Nicole@LTVA.org by end of day Monday, May 21. Finalists will be contacted and screened in person before the two judges are chosen.
Judges ranging from locals to celebrities will size up the contestants of the Miss Hawaiian Tropic Northern Nevada State Finals. Saturday’s pageant is from 3 – 4:30 p.m., and the finals are on Sunday afternoon at the Horizon Casino Resort pool. The Miss Hawaiian Tropic® International Pageant is the largest pageant system in the world, and each year over 20,000 young ladies compete in Nationwide Preliminary Pageants which take place in water parks, stadiums, night clubs, etc., all over the world in hopes to advance to the State Finals.
