April 27, 2007 South Lake Tahoe, CA - Join NSAI-Sacrmento for the first South Lake Tahoe Songwriter’s Retreat, a Nashville-style song camp to be held in California May 18-20. You'll enjoy three days of waterfront lodging in Tahoe Keys shared with 50 aspiring songwriters and 8 industry pros. Lectures, writing exercises, critique sessions, guitar pulls and a guest panel to answer all of your questions. Tahoe Keys is located approximately five miles from the Nevada state line and casinos.

Three days of listening, learning, co-writing, playing for the pros and hanging out with fellow songwriters! The fee to this event covers all elements being taught, food and lodging. The lodging will be a private room in a waterfront house shared with other writers. Food will be a continental breakfast, deli style lunches, with dinners being pizza one night, a large BBQ for the final event. (Special diets cannot be allowed for, but there are stores nearby).
