19th Annual El Dorado County Fair Commercial Wine Competition (El Dorado, CA)
The El Dorado County Fair will be accepting commercial wine entries from April 23 through May 11 for the 19th Annual El Dorado County Fair Commercial Wine Competition. The competition is open to all California wineries producing less than 20,000 cases total production annually and to all Sierra Foothills wineries. Entry fees are $22 per wine. Judging is closed and will be held on June 1 at the El Dorado County Fairgrounds at 9 a.m. An awards presentation and barbeque will follow at 5 p.m. The 2007 wine competition entry can be downloaded from the fair website, at www.eldoradocountyfair.org .
